This is what it looks like when the creators have a good idea, actually a joke, about which they know how to deliver it and how to ensure that it works on the audience exactly as it should. It is not exaggerated, it is just right so that it makes sense, entertains, and doesn't overdo it, at least in a sense that would discourage. It will make you laugh your head off.
