Dekksgutten

Åge Aleksandersen, Gunnar Pedersen and Trondheimsolistene have played over 60 concerts together since 2019. Dekksgutten follows them on their road to the legendary Huset at Svalbard, and the Oslo Operahouse. The documentary serves a unique look into Aleksandersen's career. He shares honest stories about his music and the collaboration with Gunnar Pedersen and Trondheimsolistene. At the same time we are introduced to his daughter Linn-Sofie. The collaboration with Pedersen has lasted for over 40 years, whilst the one with Trondheimsolistene is still somewhat new. This is an intriguing cinematic experience with Åge's famous tunes in a new, transparent suit. This is a mutual musical love story that has already impressed the audience nation wide.
