Dealer

Johnny (Sverre Rous) is a 14-year-old streetwise drug dealer with a complicated home life. Out one night in Antwerp he crosses paths with famous actor Antony (Ben Segers) and pockets his wallet. Apprehended by the cops, he is let off the hook by Antony who decides not to press charges but instead asks him to be his exclusive dealer. The two strike up an unlikely friendship and make tenuous plans for a better future, but old habits for both die hard. Belgian actor Jeroen Perceval makes his feature filmmaking debut with this brutal portrayal of inequality, addiction and family. (Cinemax)
