Il palazzo

In the heart of Rome, overlooking the Basilica of Saint Peter and Paul, stands a Palace dedicated to art film. Over the years, its owner, as a Renaissance patron, has offered asylum to an eclectic community of friends who turn every corner into a permanent film set. Director Mauro, the most charismatic of the group, gradually isolates himself from the outside world and never leaves the Palace. His untimely death raises the question in the community as to who will continue his directing work? The legacy is thousands of film hours of an unfinished masterpiece to which everyone contributed.
