Visually, it's not a bad film at all, but considering how much effort the creators put into this aspect, it's almost a shame that it's essentially only used to showcase some quite nice exteriors a few times. Otherwise, the story focuses on a tale of poverty, where poverty can be overcome by winning brutal matches. It’s nothing surprisingly strong.

Visually, it's no worse than the first installment; on the contrary, I think the film is actually quite visually appealing. However, it's also the film's weakness because nothing significant happens in that world, nothing that couldn't happen in any other world. The creators just wanted something that would be pretty to the eye, and they succeeded. And that’s it.

The film relies heavily on the fact that it takes place in a time when drama was practically at every turn. Japan decided to occupy Southeast Asia, but we don't follow the events through the eyes of soldiers; instead, we follow ordinary people who find themselves in a situation they didn't expect and can't deal with it in any other way than to submit. It's quite powerful in places.

I won't lie to myself, I simply liked it. Youth that seems carefree at first glance, but still has to deal with its own dramas. If there were fewer discussions about God, I'd probably like it even more. But it's not needlessly embellished, and some moments are sad, just like real ones in life, and there’s no unnecessary sugarcoating.

In the first part, it's essentially pure romance, but suddenly it's interrupted harshly and beautifully in that sense, and you know that something better is coming. Something better doesn't necessarily come, but it's bearable, and when it comes to action, it's quite tolerable. But this film's revenge aspect didn't work at all.

This series has become my heart's delight, and it's very likely that I won't rate any future installments differently than 100%. For me, this is just a fantastic group that I'm happy to return to. There are emotions in it, it's entertaining, and damn, it's awesome in terms of special effects. The action ideas are so wonderfully crazy that they make me purr with delight.

Fantacide, despite its relatively good craftsmanship - I mean in terms of effects - still remains primarily a bloody spectacle, featuring several truly gruesome scenes intertwined with a rather crazy story that doesn't make much sense and seems like an attempt to pile gruesome scenes on top of each other without much coherence. It's almost a shame because there was potential to extract more plot-wise from it.

Shangri-La Suite just didn't sit well with me at all. The performances didn't impress me, because I just don't particularly like Emily for some reason, and I don't even know why. But I wasn't interested in the plot either, and I'm quite fond of films featuring Elvis. Most of the time it's crap like Shangri-La Suite. Definitely thumbs down from me.

A group of enthusiasts who want to play knights has decided to make their own version of the Arthurian legend. They had no budget for it, no filmmaking skills, but they had a desire to shoot something, to give shine to a legend that already shines quite enough. Sure, it didn't work out for them, sure, it's pretty bad, but could anything else have been expected?

Definitely, it's not a typical Indian film, there are no songs, and the pace is surprisingly slow, almost sleep-inducing, but there are tense scenes happening here, for example the one with the train is very good, but from my perspective, I couldn't relate to the characters, I couldn't experience their small or bigger dramas.
