After reading the plot summary I made a bet with myself as to whether I would give 4 or 5 stars. Unfortunately, I lost in both cases and I'm still quite disappointed. The whole movie kind of unfolds without surprises with a lot of unnecessary car chases. Only the excellent ending is above average. Otherwise nothing new under the sun. A little better 3 stars.

I can't even say half a word about the cast. In fact, that's what I liked most of all. Robert Pattinson broke away from Twilight, Emilie de Ravin was better than in Lost, and Pierce Brosnan didn't remind me of James Bond at all. Still, I'm a little disappointed with the script, which I was expecting a lot from. In less than two hours, nothing great actually happened. Yes, the ending was great, but it didn't save the previous 100 minutes. That's why I’m rating this as a slightly above average drama (3.5 stars) and I hope Pattinson cuts something better next time.

A heavily sentimental affair about a guy who may not have a brain, but has a huge heart. For me the main point was that "he was her older brother and she was his sister". That sentence left the biggest impression on me. But Seung-ryong also influenced other lives... waiting on the hill for years for his friend and then leaving because she had instructed him to. Well, if anyone didn't shed a tear at the end of this one, they're made of stone. 4.5 stars.

I have so much to tell you :-) But after leaving the cinema, my head is spinning and I'm unlikely to get anything coherent out of myself. Anyway, I'm impressed with the grandeur, thoughtfulness, and color. The moment Charles shed a tear when he entered Eric's head, I shed two. I was almost rolling on the floor during the few minutes when the "youngsters" learned to control their abilities. So, Vaughn has clearly scored again for me and I look forward to all his future endeavors. Yes, X-Men just knocked Inception out of my top 10.

Actually, the Spanish atmosphere definitely saved the film. The screenplay is quite interesting, but on the other hand an "Italian relationship" is also nothing new. What's much more original is that they get a beautiful blonde girl involved. And instead of their relationship falling apart, it balances it out. The beautiful blonde is a great actress, by the way! Oh, and to make matters worse, we have the ordinary Vicky, who doesn't actually do anything throughout the film. A film you only have to see once. 3.5 stars.

So close to a fourth star. Unfortunately though, blood and human flesh is not my thing, so I just can't give it. It certainly has Burton's weirdness, spookiness, and strangeness. The musical aspect is more than excellent. Johnny gives an incredibly good performance, Helena Bonham Carter perhaps even better. But the second half was too much for me.

I unexpectedly liked Yogi Bear and his little friend Bubu. The biggest problem, of course, is the script, which we've seen at least ten times before. I was also disappointed with Anna Faris, who I didn't even recognize at first. I agree that Tom Cavanagh wasn't great either. On the other hand, Justin Timberlake rocked! Pleasantly short, colorful, and quite funny. I see this as an average film on all fronts.

I have one major problem with this movie... I strongly dislike Keith! On top of that, I don't like the bland, bland Natalie either. I felt less emotion from this film than I do from any simple comedy. The tennis setting didn't impress me either, so I’m only considering the script. It could have been used a hell of a lot differently, though. So I’m joining those who "don't understand why it has such a high rating".

I finished watching the movie 10 minutes ago... My forehead is still furrowed, my head is still spinning, and my heart won't stop pounding. No movie has really cost me that much in nerves. The atmosphere on the plane and on the ground was perfectly captured beyond measure. Plenty of confusion, emotion, and suspense. I know one thing for sure... this movie is unbeatable! It's like the situation hit me all over again.

I take it back that this series is not my cup of coffee. It's awesome! Barney is a god, Robin is a god, Lilly and Marshall are gods, and I'll even put up with Ted eventually. And like others have written, this sitcom is more from life than any other. It's just that season 9 failed miserably... not to mention the finale.
