Biografie
Marcin Solarz (1980) is a Polish screenwriter and director. He graduated in directing from the Silesian University in Katowice and studied philosophy at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. He has directed short films and documentaries, e.g. Highlander (Góral, 2002), The Woman from the Darkness (Kobieta z ciemności, 2004), and What Will Be Next? (Co będzie potem?, 2007). For TV he has made the series Majka (2009 - 2010) and Julia (2011 - 2012). The drama Deceived (Oszukane, 2013) is his feature debut.
