Brian Reitzell

Biografie

BRIAN REITZELL is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, music producer and supervisor who, over the last decade, has created his own unique method of scoring films, often blurring the lines between score, songs and sound design.

Reitzell composed the score for the comedy "Goats," starring Minnie Driver, Will Arnett, Keri Russell and David Duchovney. He also scored "Beginners" and served as composer and music supervisor on "30 Days of Night," "Stranger than Fiction" and Peter Berg's "Friday Night Lights." He received an Anthony Asquith Award for Film Music BAFTA Award nomination for his additional composing work on Sofia Coppola's "Lost in Translation." He previously collaborated with Coppola as the music supervisor on "The Virgin Suicides" and "Marie Antoinette."

Reitzell also served as music supervisor on "CQ," "Thumbsucker" and "The Brothers Bloom."
