Marta Velasco

Marta started in the film industry working as an independent producer until she founded her own company, Áralan Films. She has produced among others The Wild Ones, Out in the Open, When Angels Sleep and Innocent Killers, Gold, Quién te Cantará and La Maniobra de la Tortuga. In May 2014 she was chosen by European Film Promotion (EFP) and the ICAA as the Spanish representative on the Producers on the Move platform. She was the only Spaniard among the 10 European producers in the Producers Lab at the Toronto Film Festival 2014. In 2019 she won the ASECAN Josefina Molina Award.
