Biografie

A Mexican independent film producer, Eréndira Núñez Larios has produced films that have had an impact internationally and in the Mexican film industry, her first being Workforce (2019), directed by David Zonana, and her second being New Order (2020), by Michel Franco, awarded with the Silver Lion Grand Jury Prize at Venice International Film Festival. In 2019, Eréndira partnered with Michel Franco to fund Teorema. Together, they have produced more than ten feature films, including Memory, which competed for the third consecutive time at the Venice International Film Festival in 2023, starring Oscar-winner Jessica Chastain, and Peter Sarsgaard, who won the Volpi Cup for Best Actor. Her other projects include a new film by Franco starring Chastain and dancer Isaac Hernández, shot in San Francisco and Mexico; and The Return of Fernando Eimbcke, her new feature film, shot in New Mexico and produced by Plan B and Teorema.
