Biografie (1)
He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1943 and in 1945 was sent to China to disarm Japanese soldiers and send them home. To his great disappointment in 1946 returned to the U.S. without having participated in combat. Peckinpah studied theater at Fresno State College and in the University of Southern California (USC).
