Pep Gatell

Pep Gatell is, today and since 1980, one of the six artistic directors of the prestigious Catalonian theatre company, La Fura dels Baus. He opened the Culinary Zinema section of the San Sebastian Festival in 2012 with the short film Macaron de caza, based on a dish made at the Mugaritz. Also focussed on the Mugaritz, he presented Taba at the Berlinale in 2013, a short film about the restaurant's suggestion for breaking away from the idea that "you don't play at the table".
