He is a screenwriter, producer, film and television director, author of comics and playwright. He produced and directed the animated short film Birdboy based on the Psiconautas comic by Alberto Vázquez. With this film he won the Goya Award 2012 to best animated short film and was selected in more than 200 festivals, receiving 35 awards.
