Biografie

In 2007 Adam Aresty graduated from USC School of Cinematic Arts with a BA in Critical Studies. He went on to become a screenwriter and soon he gained his first laurels. In 2007 he won the Screamfest Writing Award for his feature-length horror screenplay The Palace. In 2010 his action screenplay Lost Hills was mentioned on the Hit List, a best of list of unproduced original screenplays. In 2012 he won the Slamdance 2012 Teleplay Award for Uniciviliced and Kraken Press published his first short novel Recovery. Adam wrote the screenplay for Stung and with it he won Rat Pack's 2012 horror writing contest Write for your life. His idea was chosen from more than 1400 entries to the contest.
