El cid: La leyenda

Rodrigo is the son of a Castilian nobleman. He spends his life being educated in the court, sharing adventures with his best friend Sancho and furtively visiting his beloved Gimena. But happy times don’t last forever and after the death of king Fernando, Rodrigo loses his best friend and the love of his dear Gimena. While he struggles for making up for his life and Gimena’s love, Rodrigo discovers the deep universal values of friendship and honor. (Huesca International Film Festival)
